Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is due upon booking. As your wedding approaches, the remaining balance owing is due 14 days before the event date.

We currently do not have a caterer on site & therefore you are more than welcome to bring in your own catering service. Dishware & Utensils are available on location.

Our South concourse has 7,000 square feet to accommodate 275 sitting theatre style and up to 250 banquet style.

We do not decorate for weddings, and would recommend you organize this yourself, but do have basic setup available. We Curtain off the entire space & offer linens & seat covers at an extra charge, if desired.

Centre 200 will be happy to work with you to customize your special day. By offering an array of options and bar services, we are able to customize all weddings to the specific needs of the party, therefore these customizations will vary prizing. Pricing can be discussed in further detail once into the planning process of your wedding.

Our rental fee options are as follows:

Price: $1,500 +HST

This price includes set up and cleanup of the Buchanan Hall, drapes, microphone, podium, tables, chairs, and bartenders as well as use of the Sky Bar.

Price: $2,000 +HST

This price includes set up and cleanup of the Buchanan Hall, drapes, microphone, podium, tables, chairs, and bartenders as well as use of the Sky Bar. Plus linens, projector and screen if needed.

No, Centre 200 provides all beverage services within the building. Bringing in your own beverage is not permitted.

No, we do not offer cakes. This is something you are more than welcome to bring with you from an outside source the day of your Wedding.

In order to ensure everyone’s safety & enjoyment, we do require security. This is to be arranged through us and is an additional fee.

We recommend a wedding layout for tables be provided to us in order for us to ensure your vision comes to life perfectly.

Located in the heart of Sydney, Centre 200’s location provides a number of advantages:

• Within walking distance to downtown hotels, restaurants, and shopping;
• Easily accessible from George Street and Prince Street (two of Sydney’s main roadways);
• Free Parking on the side and rear of the facility; and
• Fully wheelchair accessible.

Centre 200 offers a large parking lot at the East-side of the building in the rear as well as limited parking on the North-side of the facility.  We have 18 accessible parking spaces around the building.

Access to the space will vary based on the date of your event. As we are a multi-function facility, we may have an event the day before your Wedding. We will arrange you having access to the space the night prior, to the best of our ability, but if this is not possible due to another event, you will have access to the Venue by 8AM the day of your event.
